Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and customer-facing communication skills for handling calls and visitor inquiries.
  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, filing, mail handling, and data entry.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot common Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email and calendar tools).
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach, with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues.
  • Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred; relevant training or certification is a plus.
