We are looking for an energetic and highly organised Office Assistant to join our growing London office. This hands-on role combines front-of-house responsibilities, office operations, travel and meeting coordination, and administrative support for senior leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional with proven experience, looking to bring their skills to the sustainability tech industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive and excels in collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees and incoming calls, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage visitor registration, reception enquiries, meeting room bookings, refreshments and external meeting preparation.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and well-presented office across all floors.
- Monitor and order office, kitchen and stationery supplies, including weekly food and consumables orders for the London, Dublin and Cork offices.
- Support travel arrangements through Navan, including international visitors, new starters and last-minute changes.
- Maintaining office equipment, ensuring provisions remain well stocked.
- Ordering and unpacking the weekly food shops on all floors.
- Supporting Exec level leadership with diary management and providing cover for CEO's EA.
Must haves:
- Available to work 5 days a week in the office.
- Proactive and practical, with the ability to resolve day-to-day issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable using workplace systems to coordinate diaries, travel, visitors, rooms and orders.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise competing requests and meet deadlines.
- A professional, friendly and service-focused approach when dealing with employees, visitors and senior stakeholders.
