Office Assistant

C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Assistant for a successful boutique property consultancy in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual looking to become a trusted right-hand support to a growing business. Offering hybrid working, genuine variety, excellent exposure across the business, and the chance to make a real impact from day one.

All about the Role and Company

Position: Office Assistant supporting a small and successful surveying practice, providing direct support to the leadership team and wider business.

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing office operations, administration, and day-to-day business support
  • Providing PA support, including diary management, coordination, and organisational assistance
  • Building strong relationships with clients and supporting ongoing client communications
  • Managing expenses and supporting business administration processes
  • Assisting with property marketing materials, brochures, and LinkedIn activity
  • Supporting process improvements and helping the business operate efficiently

What Background and Experience Are the Company Looking For?

  • Previous experience in an administrative, team support, PA, Office Manager, or coordinator role
  • An interest in property and would be interested to progress into a surveyor
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to take ownership
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Commercial awareness and business-minded approach
  • Tech-savvy with the confidence to learn new systems quickly
  • Positive, personable, and professional manner
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and highly organised
