This is a varied role in a friendly, corporate environment, with plenty of scope to learn and grow. The work spans back-office admin, facilities support, and some front-of-house cover, roughly a fifth of the week.

What you'll do:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, scanning, photocopying, and document production, including binding and laminating
  • Manage stationery, IT consumables, and office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Support new starters and leavers with workspace, equipment, and office set-up requirements
  • Maintain meeting rooms, client areas, and office facilities, including AV set-up and catering support
  • Provide a professional front-of-house service, covering reception, visitors, and events as required
  • Liaise with contractors, engineers, and service providers, supporting the smooth running of office operations
  • Support health and safety compliance, including Fire Warden and First Aid responsibilities where required
  • Travel occasionally to support other office locations and undertake additional duties as requested by the Office Manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
