Role Description

The Office Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in London at the L&S Jewellery workshop. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. The role involves maintaining office supplies, organizing files and records, supporting scheduling and appointments, and assisting with basic data entry. The Office Assistant will also help coordinate communication between workshop staff and clients, prepare simple documents or reports, and ensure the reception and office areas remain tidy and well-organized.
