Office Support

Location: Market Harborough
Employment Type: Part Time (with flexibility to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness where required)
Salary: Competitive depending on experience

We are looking for an organised, approachable and proactive Office Support colleague to join our Team at Radiant! This is a varied role where no two days will be exactly the same. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly, be a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors, and provide valuable day-to-day support to teams across the business.

You will work from our Market Harborough office, approximately 21 hours per week across Monday-Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Office Support, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly, professionally and politely.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distributing correspondence.
  • Managing printing requests and preparing client documentation for issue.
  • Keeping office stationery stocked and organised.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Supporting our Client Delivery team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Helping ensure IT equipment is set up and ready for new starters.
  • Supporting the wider office wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.
