We are currently supporting a valued Global Biopharmaceutical client on the search for an Office Lead based in London.
This position extends across a range of responsibilities, encompassing office management, facilities management and Executive Assistance and is well suited for someone with strong organisation skills and is comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities Include
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, meeting rooms and travel arrangements
- Organisation and execution of company events
- Support the UK Executive Director with administrative tasks and meeting organisation
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, mail and packages
- Inventory and office supply management
- Maintain and update company records, databases and filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees, including assistance with onboarding

Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Office Administration roles
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable speaking confidently with senior stakeholders
- Enjoys creating structure, anticipating needs before they arise
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal support
- Computer expertise, including Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience in life sciences/ pharmaceutical industry will be strongly preferred

We are looking for someone who has done this previously, who can come in and hit the ground running with little to no training. Individuals who haven't done this role before will not be considered.
From a logistics perspective, this will be a 12-month contract, 40 hrs/week, with the anticipation of converting into a permanent role from there on.
Based in London, with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days on-site.
This will be Inside IR35.
