The Role

Halal Options are on the lookout for our next Home Purchase Plan (HPP) Advisor to play a vital role as we scale our operations in Blackburn. You will be at the forefront of representing our brand, mission, and values. You will provide expert, tailored advice on the whole HPP market, maintaining impeccable standards of compliance and customer service. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence our processes, contribute fresh ideas to our tightly-knit team, and help us scale seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

  • CeMAP Qualification: Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent recognised financial advice qualification).
  • Proven Experience: A strong track record in mortgage or HPP advice, consistently achieving or exceeding performance targets.
  • Islamic Finance Knowledge: A deep understanding of key product structures and provider requirements.
  • Growth Mindset: Passionate about playing a key role in refining processes and scaling business operations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Ability to embody our company values and deliver a welcoming, trustworthy service to our clients.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building long-lasting client relationships.
