🚨 Office Building Services Lead | Leeds 🚨
I'm recruiting for a Building Services Lead to establish and grow a Building Services capability across Leeds and the Yorkshire region. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Services Engineer with a strong background in leadership, client development, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
💼 The role will involve:
- Leading and growing the regional Building Services team
- Developing key client relationships and winning new business
- Delivering high-profile multidisciplinary projects
- Providing technical leadership across MEP disciplines
- Mentoring and developing engineers
- Driving sustainable, low-carbon design solutions

✅ We're looking for someone with:
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
- Strong Building Services / MEP experience
- A proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects
- Commercial awareness and business development experience
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
