🚨 Office Building Services Lead | Leeds 🚨

I'm recruiting for a Building Services Lead to establish and grow a Building Services capability across Leeds and the Yorkshire region. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Services Engineer with a strong background in leadership, client development, and multidisciplinary project delivery.

💼 The role will involve:

  • Leading and growing the regional Building Services team
  • Developing key client relationships and winning new business
  • Delivering high-profile multidisciplinary projects
  • Providing technical leadership across MEP disciplines
  • Mentoring and developing engineers
  • Driving sustainable, low-carbon design solutions

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
  • Strong Building Services / MEP experience
