Office Cleaner - Creating Great Workplaces for our Teams

£13.45 per hour + benefits | Bath | Part Time
Permanent | 10 hours per week (Monday-Friday 5pm - 7pm)

This hands-on role puts you at the heart of our workplace experience. Working independently to clean The Hub at Mulberry Park, you'll ensure our office spaces shine and remain professional, hygienic, and welcoming every day.

What you'll be doing

  • Cleaning our office spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms to high professional standards
  • Removing waste and maintaining bins throughout the building
  • Reporting any maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or supply needs
  • Using our work phone and internal systems to communicate with your supervisor
  • Working independently and managing your own time effectively
  • Taking responsibility for your own health and safety while working

More about you

We're looking for someone who's self-motivated and takes pride in their work. You'll be comfortable working independently and able to maintain high standards without constant supervision.

Essential:

  • Previous cleaning or similar experience in a professional environment (or proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Reliability and excellent punctuality
  • Basic smartphone skills to use our internal systems
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle manual tasks safely

Desirable:

  • Experience working in office or corporate environments
  • Flexibility to take on additional hours when available
