Terraluxe Cleaning is a professional cleaning company serving clients across Manchester, Warrington, Deeside, and surrounding areas. The company provides reliable, high-quality cleaning services to office and commercial customers, focusing on consistency and attention to detail. Team members are supported with clear processes, training, and supervision to deliver excellent results on every visit.
Role Description
This is a part-time 5pm - 9pm (Mon, Wed, Fri), on-site Office Cleaner role based in Deeside. The Office Cleaner will be responsible for general cleaning duties, including:
- Vacuuming
- Sweeping
- Mopping floors
- Dusting surfaces
- Cleaning desks and communal areas
- Emptying bins

The role includes cleaning kitchens, break rooms, and restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap and paper products, and ensuring all areas are hygienic and presentable. The Office Cleaner will follow agreed cleaning schedules, adhere to health and safety procedures, use cleaning products and equipment correctly, and report any maintenance or safety issues. The role may involve liaising with site staff or supervisors to ensure cleaning standards are maintained and any additional tasks are completed as required.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to follow instructions, report issues, and interact professionally with supervisors and clients
- Basic Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to understand cleaning schedules, record tasks completed, and follow site procedures
- Customer Service skills to provide a helpful, respectful service and respond to client requests appropriately
- Basic Accounting or numeracy skills beneficial for understanding timesheets, supplies, or simple records, though not essential
- Previous experience in office or commercial cleaning preferred; willingness to learn and follow training essential
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights during shifts, and to work independently with attention to detail
- Reliable timekeeping, honesty, and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards
