Office Coordinator

We are currently looking for an office coordinator to join our busy primary packaging and materials testing laboratory. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our team – perfect for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly, solving problems, and bringing structure to a busy environment.

As our Office Coordinator, you will be the go-to person who keeps the department moving.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clear and professional client communication, supporting with issue of test reports, proposals, and purchase orders.
  • Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Provide essential financial administration support, including raising new projects, new customers, initiating invoices, processing customer purchase orders, and liaising directly with clients to resolve queries.
  • Work closely with our finance team to arrange credit checks and payments.
  • Absence cover on reception.
  • Oversee stock control to ensure resources are available as needed and raising supplier purchase orders for consumables and equipment calibration/maintenance.
