Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you đ
Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us.
We invite you to read the advert below for our new Office Co-ordinator position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!
The Role
To help ensure we continue to have workspaces weâre proud of, weâre looking for a new Office Co-Ordinator to join us, who can help manage the running of our HQ office in Tring on a daily basis. Youâll help maintain a fun, safe and productive workplace that attracts, retains, supports and engages current and future employees.
Role
This is a full-time office-based role working Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, but there could be the odd occasion where this changes depending on business needs! Here's an insight into your day-to-day:
- Admin: Youâll take control of supply ordering, making sure HQ is stocked up on all stationery and food/drinks for our kitchens and fridges. Youâll also help organise onboarding for any new starters, looking after our doggie admin, photo walls, merchandise and car wash amongst other bits.
- Reception Management: As suppliers or guests visit us it will be down to you to greet them and check them in to the building. Youâll also be tracking deliveries and supporting with collection arrangements.
- Warehouse and Gym Management: Our warehouse is a bit of a Narnia! With the support of our Warehouse Assistant, youâll be making sure everything is in order, unpacking and moving any stock, and managing the running of the gym.
- Events Management: With every new milestone or product that we launch, we run multi-office events to celebrate. Itâll be down to you to help arrange these and coordinate any activities we do.
- Opening / Closing of HQ: Youâll be making sure our HQ is in working order before our Hueligans arrive. Youâll check the office is tidy from any cleaner visits the night before, and youâll turn on all of our equipment. Before you head home, youâll make sure the office is tidy and that anything used has been replenished. You will troubleshoot anything that appears not to be working and report bigger issues to the workspace manager.
- Health and Safety: Youâll help ensure health and safety standards are followed across HQ and the Gym. This will include carrying out and recording routine checks, such as fire alarm testing, maintaining relevant documentation, and escalating any issues to ensure theyâre resolved promptly.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For In You
You may have had some experience as an office administrator, in a receptionist role or maybe youâve worked in hospitality or customer service, but what is most important is your ability to muck in and be a team player. - Youâll be someone who is organised, efficient and has excellent time management skills.
- Youâll have the ability to multi-task and know how to prioritise workload.
- Willing to muck in and roll your sleeves up, part of the role is very practical and will require rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in tidying, restocking and reorganising.
- If you are first aid trained then that would be a bonus, but if not we will train you up!
And as always, weâre on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who arenât afraid to think differently and push boundaries. If youâre all about setting big goals and believe that amazing things happen through creativity and teamwork, youâll fit right in at Huel!
