Office Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months to cover maternity leave)

Our client, a thriving tech company, is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Coordinator to join their team at their vibrant HQ located in Salford Quays.

Key Responsibilities

As an Office Coordinator, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception Duties: Ensure all calls are answered and transferred promptly, with messages taken and forwarded as needed, utilising the Pardot form for potential new business leads. Follow up on missed calls with timely evidence.
  • Meeting & Greeting: Welcome guests, clients, and suppliers with a warm and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Office Upkeep: Maintain a presentable and organised office environment, keeping supplies audited and restocked.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, book travel, and ensure all visitor administration is completed efficiently, alongside friendly and professional service.
  • Facilities Management: Monitor and respond to various facilities communications, ensuring key messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
  • Travel Coordination: Support staff and clients with travel and accommodation bookings following company policies.
  • Documentation Management: Assist with facilities reports and contracts, ensuring shared folders are kept up-to-date with relevant documentation.
