You keep the office running. Now take on more of it.
You manage the diaries, book the flights, chase the suppliers and make sure meetings happen properly. You're ready for a broader role where all that experience matters more. RQ Bio is hiring an Office Coordinator to be the operational eyes and ears of our West London office.
About RQ Bio
RQ Bio is a UK biotechnology company developing long-acting monoclonal antibodies against seasonal influenza. We're a growing team, and the day-to-day running of the business needs to keep up with the science.
The opportunity
This is a broad, hands-on role supporting both the leadership and the wider RQ Bio team. You'll be the person who notices what needs doing and gets it done, whether that's a diary clash, a delayed shipment or an event that needs pulling together.
It suits someone who has mastered the fundamentals of office coordination, team support or PA work and now wants more exposure and responsibility. You don't need a science background. You do need to be organised and reliable, and comfortable working on your own without close supervision.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
