My client has an incredibly strong presence Internationally, but the focus for this role would be across the London PCL market. My client needs someone who lives and breathes the PCL market, understands the demographic and clients' needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual looking to make a real impact by supporting the Sales and Lettings teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all the administrative onboarding and launch coordination process for sales and rental listings, working with the Marketing team to gather briefs, book photography and chase all required information for a prompt launch.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and lettings records across shared drives and CRM systems, ensuring compliance information is correctly recorded and consistent at all times.
- Coordinate all photography appointments, supplier bookings and internal listing requirements to ensure properties are listed efficiently and accurately.
- Providing full administrative support for sales deal progressions.

Skills And Experience

- Ideally MARLA and NAEA qualified or working towards both qualifications with demonstrable estate agency experience.
- Minimum 1.5 - 2 years’ experience in a sales or lettings environment within the estate agency industry.
- Strong, deep understanding of sales and lettings administration, including listing onboarding, compliance, AML processes, tenancy progression and transaction support.
