Office Coordinator

Projective Group | London | On-site (Monday to Friday) | £32,000 - £35,000

Are you super organised, great with people and someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy working environment?

We’re looking for an energetic, proactive and approachable Office Coordinator to join Projective Group and help make our London office a great place to work.

This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days will look quite the same. You’ll get involved in everything from welcoming new joiners and organising office events to working with suppliers, supporting the wider team and helping to keep our office running smoothly.

You don’t need to be an experienced Office Manager to succeed here. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, confidence in communicating with different people and, above all, a proactive attitude. You’ll have plenty of support around you, while also having the opportunity to take on responsibility, bring your own ideas and develop as you grow into the role.

As part of the role, you’ll also provide PA support to our UK Country Lead. Previous PA experience isn’t essential; if you have the right attitude and are keen to develop these skills, we’ll provide the training, support and mentoring you need.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the go-to person for our London office, helping to keep everything organised and running smoothly.
  • Welcome new joiners on their first day, help them get settled in and make sure they have the equipment they need.
  • Help create a welcoming experience for colleagues, clients and other guests visiting the office.
  • Get involved in organising office events and activities that bring people together.
  • Work closely with our building management team and external suppliers to make sure everything works as it should.
  • Support health and safety inductions and help maintain a safe and enjoyable office environment.
  • Keep an eye on office spending and assist with tracking expenditure against budget.
  • Look for ways we can make the office even better, bringing your own ideas and keeping on top of suggestions from the wider team.
  • Provide PA support to our UK Country Lead, including diary management, arranging meetings and travel.
  • Get involved in wider administrative and operational tasks across the business when needed.
  • Help keep the practical side of the office running smoothly, from managing deliveries and supplies to keeping our food, drinks and two office bars well stocked.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for:

  • You’re naturally organised, have a good eye for detail and enjoy keeping on top of lots of different things at once.
  • You’re a real people person, friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with everyone from new joiners and visitors to senior colleagues.
  • You’re proactive and happy to get stuck in rather than waiting to be asked.
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team, but you’re equally comfortable using your initiative and taking responsibility for getting things done.
  • You’re adaptable and able to stay positive when priorities change or something unexpected lands on your desk.
  • You’re curious, keen to learn and not afraid to suggest a better way of doing something.
  • You’re happy to be based in our London office Monday to Friday, this is very much an office-based, people-facing role.

What experience do you need?

  • You don’t need years of office management or PA experience to succeed here, but we’d like you to have some previous experience in an office-based administrative, coordination or support role within a professional working environment. We’re just as interested in your attitude, potential, and willingness to learn.
  • If you’re organised, confident dealing with people and ready to take on more responsibility, we’ll give you the support and training you need to develop into the role.
