Office Coordinator

West End Theatre Company | £28,000-£30,000 | Hybrid

Start date: Monday 7th September 2026

We're partnering with a brilliant theatre company in the West End looking for an Office Coordinator to support their CEOs and Executive Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1-2 years' admin experience who is organised, proactive, and keen to learn.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to two CEOs and the Executive Team
  • Booking travel and coordinating logistics
  • Acting as a key point of contact across the business
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting a busy, fast-paced office environment
