Office Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our Office Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a people-focused environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding support across a busy office.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the face of our office, you'll help ensure colleagues, visitors, and suppliers receive a first-class experience every day. Working closely with the Office Manager and Leadership Team, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of our office while contributing to facilities management, event coordination, and executive support activities.

  • Welcoming visitors and creating a professional first impression.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are prepared and fully equipped.
  • Managing enquiries through the Support Office inbox.
  • Supporting office health and safety activities, including risk assessments and fire safety checks.
  • Coordinating office supplies, stationery, catering, and stock management.
  • Assisting with internal and external events.
  • Managing deliveries and distributing office supplies.
  • Ensuring communal areas, including the café space, remain well-stocked and presentable.

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systems.

Working Pattern

In this role you will be required in the office full time Monday to Friday. The Office Services team operate on a staggered shift pattern running from 08:30 – 17:30 to ensure the reception desk is always covered. After successful training, the shift pattern for this position will be from 9:00 – 17:30.
