Junior Office Coordinator

£30,785 per annum
Central London
Monday-Friday | 9am-6pm | Fully Office Based

The Role

As the Junior Office Coordinator, you'll be the face of the business and an integral part of the team, helping to ensure the office runs smoothly and every visitor receives an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and visitors and creating a positive first impression
  • Managing reception and front-of-house activities
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality requirements
  • Organising couriers, deliveries, and office post
  • Supporting office events, celebrations, and team activities
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and stock levels
  • Assisting with facilities and day-to-day office operations
  • Providing general administrative support across the business
