Job Overview
Paragon is seeking a positive and self-motivated individual who is collaborative, technologically adept, and detail oriented to join their Client Partner's Corporate Services team, a global leading investment firm. This person will demonstrate adaptability, openness to new tasks and ideas, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced corporate environment. Highly customer-orientated, the role will interact across GCS functions and interface with key business administrational roles.
This is a 3-4 month Temporary position with potential to become permanent.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm
Pay rate: £15.23 per hour
Your Main Duties
- Handle daily mailroom responsibilities, including receiving and distributing mail throughout the floors
- Handle Courier deliveries ranging from USPS, UPS, Federal Express and special handling situations.
- Respond to, address, and complete service ticket requests and update the status of the requests in the service ticket system in a timely, efficient, thorough, and professional manner. (Requests include toner and office supply requests, bank runs, and messenger service requests, conference room setups etc.)
- Maintain office supply depots in each copy room throughout the floors including stocking/ordering office and mailing supplies, unstocking supplies in depot areas, and keeping the depot areas consistently neat and well-stocked.
- Additional responsibilities include setting up/removal of chairs from conference rooms, delivering meeting materials (flip charts, screens, etc.) and delivering/retrieving boxes for the Records Department (which requires some heavy lifting), and in-house package and mail runs for Senior Management Directors.
- Work closely with the Facilities Helpdesk to proactively report service needs via daily walkthroughs and confirm vendor-completed work
- Complete thorough daily walkthroughs and inspections of all floors
- Assist with onboarding and off boarding employees including setting up workstations and offices for new hires and internal visitors; and packing up belongings and cleaning work areas for departing employees, plus new-starter photography
- Assist Front of House duties as required

Skills and Attributes We Are Looking For
- Experience in office services or operations ideally within a corporate or high-end hospitality environment
- Exceptional customer service orientation and mindset and able to anticipate service requests
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect easily with others and manage stakeholder relationships
- Highest level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Have strong judgment in order to resolve problems and make decisions
- Excellent, clear written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, responsible, committed self-starter with a collaborative, positive, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
