About CloudBees
CloudBees helps organizations build, run, and govern software factories, giving enterprises the confidence to ship software better, faster, and safer.
Writing code is no longer the bottleneck. Governing what reaches production and validating its impact is. As enterprises adopt agentic coding, software is created faster than most teams can review, secure, and validate. Without consistent governance, organizations risk shipping code they cannot explain, audit, or trust.
CloudBees addresses this challenge without asking teams to replace the tools they already use. Across every toolchain a customer runs, CloudBees makes each change, human or AI, visible, auditable, and accountable before it reaches production. CloudBees Unify is the product behind this: a governance layer, with context and control-plane capabilities, that enforces consistent policy and evidence across every tool, team, and workflow.
Founded in 2010, CloudBees is backed by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bridgepoint Capital, HSBC, Golub Capital, Delta-v Capital, Matrix Partners, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

About The Role
We're opening a new office in London, and we need someone to help us bring it to life and keep it running brilliantly once the doors are open.
As our Office Coordinator, you'll be the person who makes the office work: the go-to for the space itself, the events we run in it, and the day-to-day details that make it a great place to be. You'll also lend a hand to our HR and Marketing teams from time to time, so no two weeks will look quite the same.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is an entry-level role. We're not asking for years of experience we're looking for someone organised, proactive, and genuinely excited to build something from the ground up. If you love bringing order to busy environments and making people's days easier, you'll thrive here.
You will be required to work from our London office 4 days per week with 1 day from home
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Office opening: Support the launch of our new London office - coordinating deliveries, setup, suppliers, and the practical details that turn an empty space into a working office.
- Events: Help plan and run office events, from team socials and all-hands gatherings to visits from colleagues and customers.
- Day-to-day office management: Keep the office running smoothly - supplies, seating, meeting rooms, deliveries, and being the first point of contact for anything office-related.
- Maintenance and facilities: Liaise with building management and vendors to resolve maintenance issues and keep the space safe, tidy, and welcoming.
- Health & Safety: Support basic office Health & Safety, identify potential issues, and make sure they are appropriately escalated and followed up. You'll work with a Health & Safety advisor or consultant where needed.
- HR support: Assist the HR team from time to time - for example with interview scheduling, new-starter onboarding logistics, desk setup, and welcoming new joiners.
- Marketing support: Pitch in with the Marketing team when needed - helping with event logistics, materials, and local activities.
- Employee experience: Help create a welcoming, engaging and positive office environment for employees, candidates and visitors.
