Job Title: Office Coordinator
Salary: £24,200-£28,350
Location: Johns&Co - Nine Elms
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-service orientated individual to join our Nine Elms team as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, overseeing office operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator at Johns&Co, you will:
- Meet and greet clients and other visitors to the office.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages and transfer them to the team accordingly.
- Support the team with various tasks including key cutting, pool car management, leafleting and ID scanning.
- Take pride in the appearance of the office and ensure it is kept tidy.
- Cover the office when negotiators are out on viewings.
- Any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Assist negotiators in conducting administrative responsibilities.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
