Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is ready to keep our office running at its best? We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at Battersea Power Station. In this key role, you will be responsible for the overall smooth running of the office, supporting the client with various duties, the Reception area, and the client floors.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities

  • Performing day-to-day reception and administrative duties.
  • Liaising with vendors, and assisting the teams permanently based in the building.
  • Managing the meeting room bookings and visitor registration.
  • Collaborating with the Facilities Managers regarding various facility-related tasks.
  • Working closely with other service providers (security/cleaners) to maintain the building and service levels at a high standard.
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks outlined by your manager, the client, and Facilities Managers.

The ideal candidate will

  • Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Have an outgoing personality and the ability to easily create rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external, and VIPs).

  • Be proactive, adaptable, organised, flexible, with great attention to detail, and ambition to learn and grow.
  • Have the ability to work independently, and as part of a large team.
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
