OFFICE COORDINATOR AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Join a successful and highly regarded wealth management firm as an Office Coordinator and Personal Assistant, playing a central role in the smooth running of a busy and professional office. Supporting senior leaders while overseeing day-to-day operations, you'll help maintain an organised, client-focused environment and ensure administrative processes run seamlessly. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys being at the heart of the business.
OFFICE COORDINATOR AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring an efficient, organised and professional working environment
- Managing front-of-house operations, including supervision of the Receptionist and stakeholder engagement
- Acting as the primary liaison with building management, suppliers and service providers to support office operations and compliance
- Developing and maintaining administrative, operational and health and safety policies, procedures and records
- Managing office budgets, expenditure, invoices and expense processing
- Providing executive support to the COO, including diary management, meeting coordination and administrative assistance
- Organising internal events, social initiatives and operational meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking
- Maintaining confidential records, managing filing systems and supporting workforce administration, including absence monitoring and approvals

OFFICE COORDINATOR AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
- 2 years' experience working in administration
- Demonstrating strong organisational skills and close attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards
- Utilising Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships through initiative and effective communication
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills across all levels
