About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Office Coordinator to help keep our Bristol office running smoothly. You’ll be a welcoming first point of contact for colleagues and visitors, and a dependable source of support for the wider team.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others, spotting what needs doing and making the workplace a great place to be.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome staff and visitors and respond to everyday queries
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues
  • Raise purchase orders, submit goods receipts and keep purchasing records accurate
  • Support business travel arrangements and general HR administration
  • Manage correspondence, records, reports and ad hoc administrative projects
  • Liaise with suppliers and building management
  • Order and monitor office supplies, and coordinate visitors and couriers
  • Organise catering and small internal events
  • Support office health, safety and security procedures

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in office coordination, reception, workplace operations or a similar customer-facing administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing requests
  • A welcoming, service-minded approach to supporting colleagues and visitors
  • Confidence using everyday office systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
  • A practical, adaptable approach, with the confidence to take initiative
