Purpose

To provide office administrative duties to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently during maternity leave cover. This role will also support the upcoming office move, ensuring business continuity and a smooth transition to the new AMCS UK office.

Responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding service to our internal employees and external clients, while ensuring the office environment is secure, safe, and well-functioning.
  • Supporting senior leadership team members with ad hoc coordination and occasional PA duties.

Normal hours of work

  • 40 hours between 8am and 6pm, Monday – Friday
  • Occasional later hours or out-of-hours work may be required to support company events or urgent operational needs.

  • Highly organised and a ‘go to person’
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks and manage conflicting demands
  • Able to deal tactfully, calmly, and effectively with people from within and outside the company
  • Highly motivated and passionate for maintaining a good working environment
