Full-time, Permanent
Hours:
40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and team members
- Overseeing the daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and cleanliness
- Assisting with meeting and event logistics, including planning and catering
- Reporting maintenance and cleaning issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Supporting clients with the desk booking system and check-in processes
- Maintaining high standards to consistently exceed customer expectations
- Participating in training opportunities and address additional tasks as needed
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including Fire Warden duties
