Plymouth | Permanent | Full-Time | Office Based (8:00am - 5:00pm)
£35,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Are you an organised, proactive individual who enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly?
We're working with a well-established construction business in Plymouth to recruit an Office Coordinator to become an integral part of their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same, supporting both office operations and live construction projects.
The Role
As Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day running of the business, supporting project teams and coordinating essential administrative functions.
Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating training bookings and maintaining health & safety records.
- Scheduling vehicle MOTs, servicing and maintenance appointments.
- Ordering office supplies and site materials.
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating diaries.
- Processing expenses and providing general administrative support.
- Assisting with document control and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office operations.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently while supporting a busy team.
Full Driving License Required
Previous experience in a similar Office Coordinator, Office Manager or Construction Administrator role would be advantageous.
