Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys making things happen?
We are looking for an organised, professional and personable Office Coordinator to join our team on an 18-month maternity cover contract.
This is a varied role, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our office and providing a welcoming, efficient experience for employees, senior leaders and visitors. You will be a key point of contact for office operations, workplace activities and internal engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception and providing front-of-house service
- Coordinating meetings, visitors, catering, post and deliveries
- Overseeing office supplies, equipment, maintenance and supplies
- Supporting workplace events, celebrations and employee engagement activities
- Providing administrations and diary/travel support to senior leadership
- Coordinating new starter onboarding and inductions
- Supporting training, recognition initiatives and People team administration
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Essential experience and skills
- Previous experience in administration and office coordination
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professionalism, discretion and strong attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Organising workplace events or employee engagement activities
- Working within corporate or aviation environment would be advantageous.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Location
Farnborough Airport - Please note, this role is full-time office-based
