Title: Office/Operations Coordinator
Location: London, Liverpool Street (3 days onsite)

Known for our high-performance culture and exceptional results, we are continuing to scale rapidly and are looking for a driven Office Coordinator to support and optimise our internal functions.
The Role
As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Working closely with senior leadership, recruiters, and support teams, you’ll help streamline processes, manage key operational workflows, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimise internal operational processes across recruitment teams
- Manage data, reporting, and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and internal team logistics
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Work closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Handle ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Practical experience in operations, administration, or coordination role
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
