The Role
We are looking for an Office Coordinator & PA to the Founder who will be the face and voice of our company. This is not just an office role, it’s an opportunity to become a true brand ambassador for Viewit Real Estate.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and prestige of our brand. In addition to managing the office tasks, admin duties and providing direct support to the Founder, you will help oversee our social media presence, assist with events, and occasionally attend meetings and functions alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors, managing calls and correspondence
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
- Providing personal assistance to the Founder and supporting day-to-day business operations
- Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Assisting and publishing content for Viewit Real Estate’s social media channels
- Representing the company at meetings, networking functions, and industry events
- Supporting marketing and client engagement activities when required
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional, confident, and personable in client-facing situations
- Highly organised, proactive, and reliable
- Creative eye for social media and brand presentation
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury services (preferred but not essential)
