As Office Co-ordinator, you’ll be supporting our Enfield Head Office and helping create the organised, welcoming environment that keeps the business running day to day.

Be the person who keeps our Enfield Head Office running smoothly

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Co-ordinator to take care of the day-to-day running of our Enfield Head Office.

It’s a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for lots of things that make a workplace work well, from facilities and suppliers to travel, meetings, new starters and office events.

  • Monday: 9:00am to 2:30pm
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00am to 3:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am to 2:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping the office, meeting rooms and shared spaces organised, well equipped and running effectively
  • Managing suppliers, contractors, office supplies, facilities and our Staff Shop
  • Coordinating UK and European travel, hotel bookings, meetings and office events
  • Supporting new starters, including workspace setup, access passes and welcome packs
  • Providing administrative and operational support to senior colleagues and cover for the PA to the Board
  • Helping manage office budgets, health and safety requirements and day-to-day staff queries

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an Office Co-ordinator, Office Manager or similar administrative role
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities at once
  • A confident and approachable communicator who is comfortable working with colleagues, suppliers and contractors
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and getting things done.

Experience of facilities, suppliers, budgets or workplace health and safety would be useful. A full UK driving licence is required.
