Office Coordinator

Location: Watford
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

A well-established residential property management company is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to support a busy team managing residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and resident enquiries.
  • Coordinating contractor appointments, quotations, and repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems.
  • Preparing and issuing correspondence, notices, and newsletters.
  • Arranging meetings and supporting diary management.
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and general office administration.
  • Supporting resident communications and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous administration or office coordination experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with mail merges and database management.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
