Office Coordinator

📍 South Kensington & Notting Hill, London
💷 £30,000 per annum
⏰ Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm

A highly regarded luxury residential property company is seeking an organised, personable, and proactive Office Coordinator to join their growing team. Split between beautiful offices in South Kensington and Notting Hill, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a career within the property industry.

Acting as the face of the business, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the offices while supporting the sales and lettings teams with administration, marketing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House & Office Management

  • Meeting and greeting clients, applicants, and visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Managing meeting rooms and ensuring offices are presented to a high standard
  • Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting with general office administration and team coordination

Sales & Lettings Support

  • Assisting the sales and lettings teams with administrative tasks
  • Preparing property particulars and marketing materials
  • Uploading and maintaining property listings across portals and the company website
  • Supporting with compliance administration and document management
  • Coordinating viewings and assisting with applicant enquiries

Marketing Support

  • Assisting with social media content and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating photography, floorplans, and property marketing launches
  • Updating the company website and marketing collateral
  • Supporting with events, client communications, and brand initiatives

Team Assistant Duties

  • Diary and meeting coordination for senior team members
  • Preparing presentations and client documents
  • Assisting with travel bookings and event organisation when required
  • Providing ad hoc support across the wider business

About You

  • Previous administration, office coordination, reception, or property experience preferred
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a warm and professional manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and happy to support multiple teams
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • A genuine interest in property and luxury client service
