Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Soho Home office and warehouse to ensure professional, safe, and welcoming environments for staff and visitors.
- Act as the main point of contact and support for Retail team, making sure they are informed on Company updates and ensuring consistency between Soho Home and Soho House support office policies and benefits.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and facilities management; orders supplies, liaise with landlords, cleaners, and contractors.
- Oversight of office equipment, liaise with IT support for troubleshooting.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, couriers, deliveries, and office shipments.
- Support health, safety, and compliance, including first aid, fire safety, and workplace documentation.
- Support company-wide meetings, presentations, and town halls.
- Help to foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
- Partner with People and Development team to assist with onboarding, offboarding, group training, and a variety of team culture initiatives.
- Lead Social Committee and engage an active team of volunteers from the office and any other Retail events.
- Manage all retail team local and international travel.

- Previous Office Management / Office Administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Hands-on and happy working in a varied role.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a welcoming office environment.
