Office & Culture Specialist
Location: Bank, London
Salary: £26,000
On site with flex for 1 day from home once trained
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a growing and ambitious business in central London to recruit an enthusiastic Office & Culture Specialist.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating a positive workplace environment and enjoys a varied role encompassing office management, employee engagement, onboarding, events, and social media. You'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring the office runs smoothly while helping to foster a fun, collaborative, and engaging culture.
Ideal for someone early in their career looking to develop across operations, people, marketing, and workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy London office.
- Ensure the workplace remains organised, welcoming, well-stocked, and well-maintained.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, facilities providers, and external contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance issues and support office improvements.
- Provide basic IT support and liaise with external IT partners when required.
- Process invoices, expenses, and office-related administration.
- Monitor and respond to company enquiries, directing requests appropriately.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Organise team socials, celebrations, incentives, and company events.
- Create and manage a calendar of employee engagement activities.
- Support internal initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee wellbeing.
- Coordinate recognition activities including birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, and key business milestones.
- Introduce creative ideas to improve employee engagement and office experience.

Onboarding & People Support
- Coordinate seamless onboarding for new employees.
- Ensure equipment, systems access, welcome packs, and training schedules are prepared in advance.
- Deliver a positive and organised first-day experience.
- Support wider people and culture initiatives across engagement, learning, and wellbeing.
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Design graphics, announcements, and promotional materials using Canva and similar tools.
- Capture and share content showcasing office life, team events, and company achievements.
- Support marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to increase reach and impact.
About You
- Energetic, positive, and naturally people-focused.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Creative with an eye for content creation and brand presentation.
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable planning events and coordinating with suppliers.
- Experienced within office administration, hospitality, marketing, events, customer service, or workplace support environments.
