Office & Customer Experience Administrator
We are seeking a full-time, experienced, and proactive Office & Customer Experience Administrator. In this dual-role, you will be pivotal in maintaining our day-to-day office operations while upholding our exceptional service standards and reputation. The ideal candidate blends great organisational skills with an authentic passion for delivering a first-class customer journey.
This HQ office-based role is located at the company's main site in Verwood, Dorset. The company is well established within the marine, military, and vehicle power solutions sector, since 1994, continuing to grow year on year.
Core Responsibilities
- Main Reception Duties: Serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
- Warranty Claims Processing: Handling documentation, tracking technical or commercial warranty claims throughout and ensuring customers are regularly updated through the process.
- General Office Support: Assisting the wider team with administrative multi-tasking to keep the busy office running smoothly whilst complying with ISO 9001:2015.
- Workflows: Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, processing, and contribute to our well-organised, welcoming office environment.

Key Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years.
- Attributes: A positive, motivated, and "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and jump in where needed. A natural drive to exceed customer expectations.
- Skills: Able to act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound phone calls, messages, emails, and face-to-face greetings with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to handle customers in a professional manner.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Familiarity with Prospect/Access CRM systems & Sage 50 is highly advantageous.

Employment Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual Christmas performance bonus (subject to qualifying conditions).
- Working hours: Full-time hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Monday to Friday.
- Time Off: 25 days holiday plus standard Bank Holidays.
