Office & Events Coordinator (Maternity Contract)
We are looking for a standout Office & Events Coordinator (Maternity Contract) to support our Nuneaton-based teams and help create an exceptional working environment. Sitting within our People & Culture team but working closely with our Operations Leader, this role plays a key part in keeping our site running smoothly and our people feeling welcomed, supported and connected. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on culture, events and day-to-day experience at the Factory.
Please note that this is a maternity cover contract and is based at our Nuneaton factory. While there will be some flexibility for hybrid working over time, it is important that the successful candidate spends the majority of their week on-site during the initial period, given the hands-on nature of the role and the need to build strong relationships across the business.
The Person
This person will be highly organised, proactive and energised by working in a fast-paced environment. They will be warm, approachable and obsessed with people—someone who can confidently engage with everyone across our factory and office teams. Creative yet practical, they’ll balance fun cultural initiatives with a high volume of varied administrative and operational tasks, all while role-modelling our PROPER SNACKS values.
The Role
This role focuses on the day-to-day running and upkeep of our Nuneaton office space; the planning and delivery of site-wide events and culture-building moments; the supervision of our team of domestic cleaners; and providing PA support to our Operations Leader.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
