Office Experience Assistant - Salary: 30-35K
Our client is a global creative company in the heart of Oxford Circus. They are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Experience Assistant to be the welcoming face of the business and keep the office running smoothly.
Duties
- Greeting visitors, clients and colleagues with warmth and professionalism
- Handling reception duties, shared inboxes, calls, mail and deliveries
- Coordinating meeting rooms, IT set-ups, catering and daily office supplies
- Keeping the office tidy, presentable and buzzing with positive energy
- Supporting IT teams with asset tracking and small tech needs
- Leading office culture moments — events, socials and celebrations
- Providing occasional PA support with confidential admin
- Managing facilities, contractors, health & safety and building access

What you’ll bring
- Experience as a senior receptionist, office coordinator, office manager or PA
- Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong tech confidence
- Warm, calm, adaptable and great with people at all levels
- Passion for helping others and creating a great office experience
- Bonus: First Aid at Work certification

This is an office-based role, dress code casual inc jeans & trainers Hours are 8.45 to 5.30
