We're looking for an organised, confident and motivated Office & Field Coordinator to join our friendly team. This is a varied role that combines office administration with field-based support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys working with people while also keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll play a key role in supporting our clients, Care Professionals and office team, helping us continue to deliver the exceptional standard of care that Home Instead is known for.

Job Description
As our Office & Field Coordinator, you'll divide your time between supporting the office with essential administration and working in the community, ensuring our clients continue to receive the highest quality care.
No two days are the same. You may be carrying out client visits, supporting Care Professionals in the field, completing care reviews and spot checks, updating care documentation or assisting with the day-to-day administration that keeps our service running efficiently.
This role also includes participation in our on-call rota, covering one evening each week.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the office.
- Carry out client quality assurance visits and care reviews.
- Complete support visits and observations of Care Professionals.
- Support and supervise Care Professionals in the community.
- Ensure care plans and digital records remain accurate and up to date.
- Assist with compliance, audits and general administration.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training administration where required.
- Participate in the evening on-call rota (one evening per week).
- Promote Home Instead's values and commitment to outstanding care.
Qualifications

Essential
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Previous experience within domiciliary care.
- Confident working independently in the community.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems.
- Digitally minded with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional, approachable and confident when supporting both clients and Care Professionals.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Professional, Field Supervisor or Care Coordinator.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and domiciliary care compliance.
- Experience using digital care management systems.
