About the Role

UK Property Claims is looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual to join our growing team in a varied office-based role.

This is not a traditional administration position. We are looking for someone who is confident handling a range of responsibilities, from day-to-day office administration and customer communication through to working with financial information, spreadsheets, and internal records.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys a fast-paced working environment, has excellent attention to detail, and can move comfortably between different tasks throughout the day without losing focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day office administration and keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Handling telephone calls, emails, and general customer enquiries professionally
  • Assisting with financial administration, including invoices, payments, figures, and financial spreadsheets
  • Inputting, organising, and checking financial data
  • Assisting with tracking costs, payments, and outstanding balances
  • Coordinating appointments, jobs, and general office requirements
  • Liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members
  • Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
