Who are we?
TheSquare is a global accommodation business helping people live, work and relocate across the world. We combine internally developed technology, property and hospitality to make longer stays simpler for people. Whether someone is looking for a four week city stay, relocating an employee for six months, housing a project team or helping a global business manage its accommodation programme, we have the solution.
Today, our network includes more than 500,000 apartments across 900+ cities, supporting hundreds of corporate clients and more than one million booked room nights. We continue to develop our technology, expand into new markets and improve how people discover, book and manage accommodation.
Our Hammersmith office brings people from across the business together. In this role, you will help make it an organised, welcoming place to work while giving colleagues reliable support across HR, office operations and employee experience.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an organised, people-focused coordinator who enjoys making the office work well and helping colleagues feel supported. You will work closely with the HR team and leadership, taking ownership of practical issues from first question to resolution.

- Notices what needs doing and follows it through without waiting to be asked.
- Keeps accurate records and handles sensitive information with care.
- Enjoys organising people, suppliers and events while managing competing priorities.
The Important Bit
At TheSquare we believe in recognising loyalty, celebrating success and supporting a healthy work life balance. Alongside your core employment package, you’ll enjoy a range of additional benefits:
- Extra Holiday for Loyalty – earn one additional day per year from year 1 to year 4 (up to four extra days).
- Holiday Purchase – after 1 year’s service, buy up to 5 extra days per year.
- Tailored Training + £1,000 Growth Budget – after 1 year’s service, a personalised development plan with £1k annually for courses, certifications or skills.
- Cash Health Care Plan (Simplyhealth) – from three months, claim back everyday health costs; benefits level up with length of service.
- Recommend a Friend Bonus – cash award for successful referrals.
- Employee of the Month – monthly cash or voucher award recognising outstanding contribution.
- Birthday Leave – after 2 years’ service, enjoy an extra paid day off on your birthday (or nearest working day).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
