Job Description
Cox Motor Group is seeking to recruit an Office Junior to provide general administrative support within our busy office in Morecambe.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and support the wider team. This is a varied role involving a range of ad-hoc office duties, with some basic accounts administration as required.

- Providing general administrative and office support to the team
- Completing a variety of ad-hoc office duties as required
- Filing, scanning, photocopying and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Updating spreadsheets and computer records
- Assisting with general data entry
- Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Providing basic assistance with accounts administration when required
- Assisting with the processing and filing of invoices and other financial paperwork
- Assisting with petty cash, expenses or other basic accounts tasks as required
- Liaising with colleagues across the business to obtain information when necessary
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel for general office duties
- Experience of using the CDK computer package would be advantageous but is not essential
- Carrying out other reasonable duties within the scope of the role as required
- Working positively as part of a team
What will you need to succeed?

- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
