Prior office experience is advantageous, but a keen attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Assist with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Sage
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
- Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency
- Always maintain a tidy and organised office environment
- Packaging of orders and order processing
