About This Role
We require a motivated and experienced Office Manager to manage and support our busy administration team. The role involves responsibility for the overall management of the administration team and lunch supervisory team. We offer an exciting and challenging role within a very supportive team and the opportunity to develop your skills within our Trust.

Erdington Hall is part of Summit Learning Trust comprising Erdington Hall itself, Ninestiles School, Cockshut Hill School, four primary schools and the Sixth Form College Solihull. Children at Erdington Hall love coming to school and are keen to learn. Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to support the strategic vision and leadership of the school.
- Responsibility for the day-to-day operation and management of the reception office and the Lunchtime Supervisory team.
- Ensure the provision of an effective administrative and clerical support to the academy.
- Undertake the administrative duties associated with all aspects of supporting pupil’s needs as required.
- Be the key contact for the Trust’s central functions (HR, Finance and Estates)

About You
To carry out this role effectively, you must:
- Demonstrate experience of managing staff and experience of effectively leading an administration function.
- Ideally have management experience within a school environment, but full training will be given.
- Be able to liaise and work effectively with a range of professionals.
