Facilities & Office Coordinator
Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Facilities & Office / Studio Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their office and workplace services. This is a key role acting as the first point of contact for all facilities, office administration, suppliers, health & safety and employee support queries.
You’ll play a central part in creating a safe, efficient and professional working environment while supporting the company’s growth and operational needs.

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating daily facilities operations, maintenance requests and contractor visits
- Managing relationships with landlords, building management and suppliers
- Overseeing office repairs, equipment servicing and workplace improvements
- Organising an office move in 2027, from start to finish
- Maintaining meeting rooms, communal areas and office supplies
- Supporting onboarding/offboarding from a workplace perspective
- Handling courier, postal and delivery services
- Managing supplier contracts, quotes, invoices and cost tracking
- Supporting Health & Safety compliance, risk assessments and office audits
- Acting as the go-to person for employee workplace queries and desk allocations
- Assisting with office moves, refurbishments and new workspace setups

What you’ll bring
- Experience in facilities coordination, office management or workplace operations
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident stakeholder and supplier management
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Bonus: experience supporting office moves or refurbishment projects
