Job Description - Office Manager - Essex, London
We are seeking a highly organised Office Manager to ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of our London Office. This full-time, on-site role is vital to supporting our operations and creating a productive, welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will coordinate office procedures, resources, and services across all areas—from front desk operations and guest management to travel arrangements and fleet coordination. You’ll oversee facilities, manage office supplies, and support leadership with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects such as warehouse stocktake.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating flights, accommodation, and car rentals for employees working abroad
- Maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with suppliers
- Ensuring all health and safety protocols are met

Requirements
We’re looking for a proactive individual with proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or Receptionist. A degree in Business Administration (or related field) is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. You must have a legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
