Centre Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Position: Permanent
Location: Central London | Onsite
As Centre Manager, you will take full ownership of the centre's operational performance, manage a team of approximately 10 support staff while ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and client engagement. Acting as the senior point of contact for occupiers, you will build strong relationships, oversee client retention, coordinate events, and create a vibrant workplace community. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, customer experience, facilities oversight, and operational excellence. You will work closely with landlords, contractors, and service providers to ensure the building is maintained to an exceptional standard, while proactively resolving issues and delivering a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team.
- Manage daily centre operations, ensuring smooth running across all areas.
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the workspace.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers and act as the main point of contact for client needs.
- Manage escalated service issues and ensure effective resolution.
- Coordinate client engagement initiatives, networking events, and community activities.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, cleaning, and security suppliers.
- Manage rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team culture.

About You:
- Experience in a Centre Manager, Operations Manager, Hospitality Manager, Workspace Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Proven people management experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Experience within serviced offices, hospitality, hotels, premium retail, or membership-based environments would be highly advantageous.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience.
