C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Manager for a fast-growing financial services business in Central Manchester
This exciting 6-month temporary Office Manager opportunity is perfect for candidates available to start from the week commencing 17th August.
This Office role sits at the heart of a collaborative and people-focused business, giving you exposure across operations, people, facilities, and executive support.

Salary: £15.38 per hour + holiday
Hybrid Set-Up: 5 days office-based in Central Manchester

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Manchester office
- Ordering and distributing office supplies, groceries, and stationery
- Overseeing office maintenance, cleaning contracts, and facilities requirements
- Managing meeting room bookings and office scheduling systems
- Administering the office car parking booking system
- Liaising with building management and external suppliers
- Welcoming visitors and managing office sign-in procedures
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Supporting new starter onboarding processes and right to work checks
- Managing staff celebrations including birthdays, work anniversaries, and gifts
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Booking travel and accommodation for senior leadership teams
- Reconciling office expenses and supporting budget administration
- Assisting the IT team with on-site support requests
- Providing administrative support to senior management and Executive Assistants
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, or Office Coordinator
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting a busy office environment
- Comfortable managing facilities, suppliers, and workplace operations
- Knowledge of onboarding administration and right to work processes is advantageous
- Experience using booking systems, scheduling tools, and travel management platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Positive attitude and willingness to support across multiple teams
